Good Fortune Massage Reviews

The outside definitely looked a little sketchy 😂 I almost talked myself out of going in. But I reminded myself not to judge a book by its cover… and I am SO glad I didn’t! I was greeted by someone who didn’t speak much English, but then he brought out this magical massage therapist named Sarah ✨. She welcomed me with the biggest smile, walked me through everything I needed to know, and once the massage started… pure magic. I get massages often for my migraines and have experienced some really amazing treatments, but this one honestly topped them all. I told Sarah my trouble areas, and she knew exactly what pressure points to work on. She released tension I didn’t even realize my body was holding. She focused on areas I normally wouldn’t think about and turns out they needed attention too! She stretched my pelvic muscles, worked my feet, my neck, and when she got to my face… WOW. I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying there. I walked in almost letting the outside stop me, but I walked out feeling completely renewed. I’m so happy I gave it a chance because this was truly an amazing experience. Sometimes you really can’t judge the book by its cover! 💆🏽‍♀️✨

Had a great session with Sarah (I hope I spelled her name correctly) today. She was very pleasant, professional and down to earth. The room was clean and comfortable and I didn't feel eerie as if I was being watched. The price for the service is definitely worth it.

This is the best massage I have ever had! I moved to Dothan less than a year ago and they have such great customer service and definitely focus on pressure and tension points. Every time I leave the joint pain that I come in with, is gone. I will not go anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I recently had a couples massage here and it was one of the best massages I received. I was treated by Peter, and my boyfriend had Anna—both were absolutely fantastic. They applied the perfect amount of pressure and really helped relieve the tension in my back and neck. The massage also made a noticeable difference for my plantar fasciitis, which I really appreciated. This is hands down the best massage spot in Dothan, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I spent my birthday weekend in Dothan Alabama and was thinking of treating myself to a massage. After having some injuries in my life every once in a while, it’s good to get everything that’s damaged worked on. I read the reviews and the first review starts off with a man complaining that he couldn’t get a happy ending and no one wanted to touch his (decrepit) front side. Well, that peaked my interest into thinking this might be the place for me! Since I’m actually looking for a legitimate massage and not someone to feel me up. I read the rest of the reviews. They all said the same thing basically, they had a great experience and the people were professional. As it turns out this massage parlor is directly across the parking lot from the hotel I’m staying in. So, I decided to call and book myself an appointment. My masseuse was Peter is a very strong looking man. I knew the drill, go ahead and undressed and get myself under the sheet. His partner came in with him and she translated what I wanted done for my hour massage since I’m very specific and only wanting a few sections of my body worked on, again my thing is more or less physical therapy. Peter got to work straight away. He has very strong hands, uses his elbows and his fore arms when giving a massage the way you should. He is a very deep penetrating masseuse. So you may want him to back off a little bit, but for me, I needed all the work he was doing. After it was over, I could feel the tension in my body release and when it came time to walk back across the parking lot. I knew he had done a great job since my tendons in my legs were responding and I could actually feel my feet taking each step. They are a small business and I am always looking for those out of the way places. I appreciated the professionalism even when he had to tuck my sheet between my legs. He still apologized, and he kept his hand in the proper placement. I’m a larger woman, so knowing that these things may be an issue, it was very good to see that they kept a professional side of things going. Even offering me a pillow for the front of my body to keep my head up over my large bosom. If I had one negative thing to say it really isn’t negative… Knowing I am larger, maybe having a few larger sheet for bigger people just in case so there’s a little more drape room underneath it. Other than that? I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good deep tissue massage!
